Tissue Culture techniques?

Hi,

This is actually my very first post on the forums here. I've already read the posts related to tissue cultures, checked out kitchen kits, and joined a Yahoo group. (awaiting approval though) to gain as much insight as possible on the subject. The info has been a bit incomplete.

I've also found a selection of books on Amazon on the subject, and while I don't really consider a 200.00 book all that expensive, I'd prefer not to end up having to buy 4 or 5 of them to find the kind of info I'm looking for.

I was wondering if there was a resource where I might find some real details on setting up a laboratory for culturing, equipment required and possibly a source for techniques used on different species?

I am not looking to culture a few plants as a hobby, I am well aware that we are talking a lot of expense and a process designed to mass produce many, many hundreds to thousands of specimens.
