I have tiny black bugs on my gardenia flowers (shrubs in the yard, not potted). They're maybe 1/32 of an inch but I can see them moving. they're too small to photo- the shrubs look healthy and are blooming great. Any ideas?

Ask yer sister, she's such a smart a$$ she'd probably make something up even if she didn't know
Sorry- seriously folks, please help, I don't know nuthin bout no gardenias, they're a southern thing ^_^
I suggest that you take a sample of the infested leaves to the Escambia County office of Florida's Cooperative Extension Service - see http://tinyurl.com/2dlglla for contact information. If no one there can identify them, they should be able to forward the specimens to the appropriate university office.
