How to Write a Comment on Plant Scout

I would like to write a comment on Plant Scout but do not see where you do it there. Can someone help me out here?

Are you wanting to comment on a plant? If so, choose which plant, then, scroll down to Your Actions, then, Post A Comment.

Okay. Then go to GardenWatchdog under Products and Sources. Scroll down and if you don't see your company, scroll down further and click on the highlighted letters, then find the company.
