Miscellaneous Shots - Part 4
Beautiful, Celeste! Love the second one - looks like, er, uh, Tetons!
I've never been to Moosehead, but it looks mighty pretty!
Wow. How far was this from you?
Hee hee. I can sympathize. I carry a bottle in the car just in case!
That sign is a little deeper into the Maine woods than Moosehead...im headed toward Mt. Kakajo and I know that is not spelled right!!
I have no picutres of the Moose...and I saw 3! I was slow on getting the camera out and missed them. I did get a lovely shot of an Eagle ...it's on my other camera and haven't down loaded the pics yet, will post later.
Wow! Great shot!
Thank you...to be honest...I was shaking from excitement. I was maybe 150' away and had the old camera with me at the time, not my new one!!
great pictures celeste - i have to get back out there this year - god's country
Hee hee he! It's so pretty and serene up there.....i'd stay for the summer if I could.
me too - although when i was up for a week two years ago i missed home and cindy too much after a couple days.
Well i'd have to bring my animals and Brian w/me.
would not have been so bad if cindy were there - still all those jm's on their own>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Ha ha ha! Kinda like me in the middle of July when it's peak daylily bloom!
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, Bill.
great shots Celeste... thanks for the tour
Your very welcome Allison, any time. :)
Do you prefer that area to Acadia? Certainly quieter!
Yes, you can find plenty of quiet places up there. You can actually get away from all the tourist if you want!! LOL
Also have the opportunities to see bear, moose, eagles , deer, rabbit, owls, fox, right in broad daylight with out ever leaving the road or the car. ^_^
