WHITE WORM eating my bean seeds and stems !

I have suddenly a health dose of off- white hard shelled pointy head small worms ! they ate all my bean seeds and either they ate my corn seed or it was the fire ants!! Please help me ID this worm and come up with something to kill them ASAP! organic preferred BUT I will need to get them under controll somehow so......

Thinking of trying food grade DEarth??
