Tree seedlings in south Florida

I have started Bridal Veil trees from seed...Caesalpinia Granadillo...they are now about a month old and doing well although a few seem to look like they want to shrivel up. I have them in sun from morning till about 2 pm. When is the best time to water and should they be watered daily?

Is keeping them in full sun ok or would they be better in filtered sun? They have not been hit with direct rain 'yet' but wonder if they will survive. Each seedling has 3-4 'branches with leaflets'

Thanks for ANY help. I am determined to get these grown!
