Found this guy crawling on my friend and it got me curious to what it was. I have tried to find out but have had no hope. I am no expert in insects and different types. Any help would be appreciated. It has the hairs on its back that are black and then the yellow hairs in a pattern.

CLOSED: What type of bug is this?
This is a larva of a lady beetle (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae); likely an Asian multicolored lady beetle, Harmonia axyridis - see http://tinyurl.com/29ckgh4 for an image.
Thank you. I still have it actually in case there was need of more pictures. Just thought it was a cool looking bug and wanted to know more about it. I have seen plenty lady bugs but would have never guessed that this was its larva. Thanks for your input.
