Help me identify this miniscule spider? =]

I don't know if this picture will be enough to identify it.. it sure is interesting looking though! Found it in the Graveyard near my house.. any help would be much appreciated.

If it helps, this was found in central Vermont. it was pretty warm out, mid 70's. Sunny... Summery-Spring day

Alright.. i suppose no one knows what this creature is.. thanks for anyone who tried in identifying i, though. Maybe I can find a book on local arachnids...

I'm still working on this one - it's frustrating in that I'm sure that I have seen it before, but its name has absolutely dropped into a black hole...

That's a very neat looking spider. Never seen one like that before.

Darn..well.. let me know if anyone comes across the name :-/ i looked a few days ago and the spider is still on that gravestone, its web spread about.. It seems to keep its legs faced forwards..

I'm not sure that it would help, but is it possible for you to take a photo of the web as well as a close up of the spider that shows its eye pattern?

what about a stretch spider they keep their legs out front all the time hence their name

If you mean those in the family Tetragnathidae, I also thought that it resembled one, but no species in that family that I am familiar with has that color pattern. This is why a close up image of showing its eyes would be helpful; the eye pattern often is key to placing an unfamiliar spider in the correct family.
