Would Mosquito Torpedos work the same as Mosquito Dunks?

Hi there!
I read the thread about using the mosquito dunks mixed with water for watering seedlings. Does anyone know if the Mosquito Torpedos would be just as safe?

As long as the active ingredient is Bt israeliensis and they will dissolve in water they should work fine. Bt is very safe with no activity on non-target organisms.

I think I'd rather play it safe, knowing that some of you have tried it with the dunks. We've got plenty of mosquito issues in the summer, so these will come in handy.
