Unusual woodland plants
LOL, don't give up hope yet! The fern is Athyrium 'Ghost' http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/64825/. I love this one for a shady spot in the gardens. Even though the fronds get a little darker later in the summer, in the spring it definitely shines in the garden!
Oh. That explains why I was drawn to it. I love Athyrium . . . but don't have Ghost, I don't think. Yours is so big. Mine are still pretty small.
Katie, I really don't remember, it's been so long but there's probably three Ghost Ferns planted together in that photo since I usually plant in "threes" :)
Well, it looks just lovely . . . so threes must be the answer.
