It is real small.

CLOSED: What kind of insect is this?
This appears to be one of the tiny flies in the superfamily Sciaroidea known collectively as fungus gnats - see http://tinyurl.com/yyzh3h6 and http://tinyurl.com/y43mgkt for examples. It takes microscopic examination by an expert in the group to get a reliable specific identification.
