Can you tell me what it is?

I read some spiders seem to have 10 but 2 of them are pedipalps, this one seems to have 10 real legs though.

The only thing that even is a remote possibility is a harvestman (aka daddy long-legs); an arachnid in the order Opiliones. Some of these have long, slender pedipalps, but I have never seen a hairy one.

It's inside the booklet of a Diamanda Galás album, and a review said "the booklet contains pictures of things including teeth and some sort of spider"

I met her a few months ago but forgot to ask her what this thing is.

The more I look at this, the more I am inclined to believe that it is a computer-manipulated image based on the head/face of a non-human primate or possibly even a seal pup.
