Looking back.
Trying out my new camera
All wonderful Dave! I especially love the first one of the male.
OMG!!! Every shot is awesome, love them all.
All great photos for sure!! I agree with Pelle that first one is very nice!
You may not see anything special, but I think every single one of your photos is just that! Beautiful!!
Ditto to all the compliment. Congrats Dave on having your new camera and enjoying it. Every single shot is to be cherrished over. The kind of stuffs dreams are made of. Thanks for sharing those wonderful pics. with us friends on DG.
Absolutely fabulous, Dave! Thanks so much for sharing them with us and also congrats on the new cam! I can only dream of having one half as good. Even my little P & S died, so now I am without. this makes yours al the more special to me now!!
I have one more but apparently I have reached my limit. The server will not load it.
Beautiful Dave.
I was hoping that with the new servers for DG, you would not have this problem any more. :(
Oh my Dave...such gorgeous shots and your Blues look ready and able for the nesting season. Hoping for a very no-drama season for your Blues! Keep us updated...
Beautiful shots Dave!! Hoping you have a wonderful Blue season!
Yes, Dave, beautiful shots of the bluebirds, and good luck for them and you for the nesting season.
Donna
Spectacular pictures Dave. Love the raindrop bouncing on the feathers and the "eyelash" is adorable. The motion photos are just perfect. I can hardly wait for the little ones to start showing up.
Great photos as always Dave! You must be very happy with your new camera!
I love the colors of the female bluebirds right now! Almost like a sunset!
Do you have any recent of the Yellow-rumped Warbler (or whatever it's new name is)?
You showed one a while back that I never got to comment on but it was so cute!
Great shots Dave!! Love those blue color's on the wings!
Oh that is too darn cute Dave!!! He looks like a little Peeper! :-)
Yep... that's the one! He is ssooo cute! I love the expression on the face!
Thanks Nanny. This is the same bird, an instant later. This is what I try for every time.
This is the one :)
7D and what lens please?
Hi John
Sorry but this was taken before I got my 7D. It was taken with the Canon 1D Mark IV, hand held, using the Canon 400mm f/4 DO IS lens. Aperture Priority, ISO set at 1000, wide open (f/4), 1/6400 sec.
Dave
