CLOSED: Skeletonizer?
It certainly appears to be that species; about the only other caterpillar likely to be confused with it is the larva of the bella moth, Utetheisa bella, in the family Arctiidae, but the resemblance really is quite superficial - see http://tinyurl.com/ya4egqm
