Wow, you guys have posted some beautiful pictures! Awesome job growing.
Meag, your Private Dancer is really captivating. I have one that has not bloomed, but the foliage looks so much different than any of the pictures I've seen, that I'm beginning to wonder if the plant was labeled correctly. I'll post in a few....

This is the foliage on my Private Dancer....I love the colors and the way the leaves cup.

I just love looking at everyone's pictures. GrowHappy that last picture of yours is just gorgeous - what is Russian Supernature? Is that her name?

Kennebunk, ME(Zone 5a)

OHHHH Shanika how pretty your home must be with all those babies blooming for you! Stunning!
Everyone's pictures are just breath taking as always.
It's so nice that the days are longer and our plants are realizing that :)
Next year I should have SOMETHING to take pictures of *lol*.
Right now I am really enjoying everyone's pictures though and thank you for sharing. It's so nice to wake up with a cup of coffee and stroll through everyone's garden. :)

Anna- Yes, that is her name- at least that is how she was labeled. I got it from David Thompson off of eBay.

Kim! I am in total awe of all the blooms that are showing off right now. I didn't take pics of the streps that are blooming because everyone's already seen all of those! Oh, wait a minute, there is one that you guys haven't seen.... I'll post her now.

VERY pretty Shanika. You are just doing SO fantastic with gessies.
I remember your picture of Rebel's Splattercake and Playful Playground. Those were just stunning. Have to be my 2 favorite AV's and I'm not really an AV person. You grew them so perfectly!
You grow girl~

I am starting to see buds on my starter plants. Here is one that has opened. This is "supposed" to be Rebel's Night Breezes. I contacted the grower just in case a tag got misplaced. Nope...it is now a sport of Rebel's Night Breezes. I was told that Rebel's Splattercake was one of the parents. I couldn't get the color the way it is supposed to be. Just imagine the lavender color of Ma's Winter Moon and then the streaks are purple, the edge has a thin green band. I think it is pretty :)

Helene,

I'm sorry, it seems your question wasn't answered.
Chirita are another plant in the gesneriad family.
I just love them. Although their blooms aren't as fancy as the African Violet or Streptocarpus there is something about them that just tugs at my heart. Kind of like that little doggie in the window; the one with the waggly tail. Although their blooms aren't as fancy or beautiful, I hope to one day hybridize with them and try to create something new and unique. Of course this is many years down the road.
Here is some pictures of chirita:
