What does that little white plastic container represent? I am trying to figure it out. Is it an outdoor latrine for the fairies? Is it a bird bath? I'm cornfused. Thanks.

Buttoneer,The container is one of the selfwatering ones from Gardeners Supply and the white plastic is where I add the water. It holds 4 gallons so I don't have to worry about it drying out if I'm gone for a few days or weeks. Just love it.
