Doesn't seem to be doing any damage, but I've seen a number of them in the garden. Wondering what they are and if I should be picking them?

Ah, I suppose I could have left a bit of a description. This guy is about 1/4" - 3/8" long. I reside in the Los Angeles area.
I think this is a Lady Bug, larval stage.
Yep, immature Ladybug. You want as many of these as possible. They are better predators than their grown up counterparts.
