Can I rejuvenate this soil?

I have quite a few one gallon pots which previously held failed plants. Now, I have emptied them of the roots. I am thinking of baking it at 275 degrees for about an hour to
sterilize. Then should I add nutrients to it to make it usable?

If you have some new soil, I'd just mix them together and go from there.
