I have some seeds for Silverlace Vine (Fallopia baldschuanica). Can anyone tell me how or when to plant them? Any advice would be great!

I would soak the seeds in 1/2 water, 1/2 Hydrogen peroxide for about 6 hours. Or nick the seed and try the paper towel method. Sow and prvide bottom heat. I would start them now, indoors.
