Your Huge Grasshopper-lookin fella is a Katydid. They are in the family Tettigoniidae and are cousins of grasshoppers, but true grasshoppers have short antennae and katydids and crickets have very long antennae.

I cannot be sure of the species, but it looks close to the Narrow-Beaked Katydid (Turpilia rostrata): http://bugguide.net/node/view/187075/bgpage
and also looks close to the Greater Angle-wing Katydid (Microcentrum rhombifolium): http://bugguide.net/node/view/349844/bgpage

I think the Greater Angle-wing Katydid is the more likely,

From the wing shape, this far more likely is an angle-winged katydid (Microcentrum sp.). These belong to the subfamily Phaneropterinae; collectively known as 'false katydids.' True katydids are in the subfamily Pseudophyllinae, and have an entirely different wing shape - see http://tinyurl.com/yhlm6e8 for an example.
