Found these on my house's outer concrete wall. All together in a bunch. What could they be?

These are newly hatched nymphs of a leaf-footed bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Coreidae). Most members of this family are plant feeders (some can be serious pests); a few are predaceous on other small arthropods.
