Does anyone know what this caterpillar is?

CLOSED: What kind of caterpillar is this?
I'm thinking it is an Oleander Hawkmoth. Am I correct?

Certainly looks like one, but where was the photo taken? To the best of my knowledge, that species does not occur in North America.
Thanks for the reply suuto,
I came across it on another web site. The poster wrote that he saw it in his wife's garden, munching on leaves, and didn't know what it was. So I did some searching and came up with my ID. He didn't give the location.
When I go back to the site, I'll ask him where the pic was taken.
Thanks

It all makes sense now, suuto. The poster of the "what kind of caterpillar is this" thread lives in Hong Kong.

It looks like what we call potato worms. Is it the same? I'm in South Carolina. I have a worm that has a "horn" on its bottom, I use tongs to pry them off. I have used Seven dust to try to kill them but nothing seems to work. They can eat an entire moon plant in a day!
