WOW what ice. I am shocked. And here we have had one of the warmest winters ever. I still have petunias flowering.

Thanks Kell, we've replanted most of the frozen areas. I have more plants coming in today and after that I will have my own seedlings to plant.
We are going to cover one whole section of the large garden and the entire small garden with greenhouses so this will not happen again. The greenhouses are 36ft wide and 15 ft high and instead of using greenhouse film we are using the new fabric coverings. I'll post photos when we get them up.
Looking forward to checking out the new greenhouses.
Wow Cala, greenhouses seem like the way to go, specially since you are mass producing veggies, are you building them yourself or are you buying a kit?
WOW you guys are really getting into this. Remember your old GH with all the clematis (wasn't it?) growing wild in it? Are you growing any flowering plants at all? You know you could sell some of those too. I always buy flowers at the Farmers' Markets I go to.
Greenhouses will be one from a kit, one built ourselves. We are also adding a walk in cooler.
Kell, I have a few flowers growing and one bed of herbs. If I had to harvest cut flowers I don't think I would make it!
The old greenhouse in TN had passion flowers in it.
Of course it did. LOL. I pictured passion flowers in my head and typed clematis. See Susie, I have not changed. LOL I was seeing that long pink one you wanted seeds from.

I'll take lots of pictures. Friends from MN are coming down next week, hopefully we can get started on it then.
