The boys arrive in Winnipeg..errr Calgary - yeah, that's it!

We thought we might go out for some fresh air but it is all white out there and the monsters are out!

How nice that the trio could spend the Holidays in Calgary. And it looks like a festive time was had by all. ^_^

It's too bad that Peter Lougheed house is closed for the season, so the trio couldn't be shown with Carol in her outfit, etc. They might open up, she said, by the end of January. But that's a Might........
I waited too long to see that historic house all decorated for Christmas.
I MUST go there next year, no ifs, ands, or buts!!

And I was hoping to take them to the Devonian Gardens, near Edmonton, but they're closed until May lol
I've been to the little version, in Calgary, but not the original Devonian Gardens. It's on about 5 acres or more, and looks beautiful on their website.

Very fun pics ladies. Thanks for sharing them with us. It really is too bad they didn't get to Lougheed House. That would have made some fabulous photo opps for the trio. Would have loved to see some pics of them in the Devonian too.

I D-mailed whomever it is in Vernon quite some time ago and have never received any reply. I don't think I have a phone number either; so unless some of you know how to reach this person, they may well have come to the end of their journey.

Yeah - but with a number of interruptions and we've never heard from the original group again. If we do this again, maybe we need everyone to sign a contract that sets out the expectations and with FULL contact information for the organizer.

I think Daryl will show up in good time. Even though he doesn't post often, he has been around for quite awhile and made some valuable contributions. Wasn't it said, in a way, "no rush...park them for the winter"? Perhaps he is just waiting for some good photo opps. It's still early.

It could be that he's since gone away for a holiday, maybe took those critters with him? It'd be a shame for their travels to come to an end this close to making it a round trip.

I just received the lads from Vernon! Will take some pics in the next couple of days!
