Someone told me or I read this: Original Black Beauty is sterile. There is another that is not.. Is this true, and what is it called. If so, does anyone know where you can purchase it?

Diploid Black Beauty is sterile. I have read that the tetraploid form of BB has limited fertility. It is hard to find. I remember B & D Lilies had it a number of years back but I didn't realize it's value at that time. I haven't seen it since but always keep my eye out.
I'm not really versed in lily breeding but I bought BB (Oriental Hybred) from B&D lilies this fall

No, Did you mean B&D? They only have the original which is sterile. I talked to them, at one time they did have the other, but not now.
