If you can, make sure your ingredients are horticultural grade whereever possible. Cape Cod Violetry sells the HG perlite, vermiculite and charcoal. I'm not sure about the lime, but it does come in horticultural grade. The more uniform in size your particles are, the better your results.
Purple peppered is gorgeous!! Still on my wish list along with a lot of other ones!! LOL

I'm Dawn. I can propagate. Just getting a grown plant and keeping it is more of a challenge to me. I don't get it... shrug.
