Found this group of tiny bugs on the trunk of a Crape Myrtle. Each of these is about 1/8" long at most.
Never seen anything like them before.
Anyone know them?

Well! I just answered my own question via some intensive Googling. :>
Turns out, they are Bark Lice. Not harmful.
