Can others see my trade tracker?

I am curious if others can see my trade tracker. When I am doing a trade & have it in trade tracker, in the spot that says notes, I ofton put a note about the person. *Such as if they were nice, had good communication or got the pack out soon* I haven't worried about it before because I always had nice things to say. But a recent trader was kind of rude & I want to make a note of it in my trade tracker. If i add that someone was rude, will anyone else be able to see that? (I do this because any time I am thinking of asking someone to trade or they ask me to trade, I go back to my trade tracker & see if we have traded before & review to see if they was someone i want to trade with again)

Thanks.... now off to figure out how to email admin... LOL. I've been on DG before but wasn't a subscribing member until a few days ago.
