Miss October by Alice Harris

I just have to show all of you the beauty MISS OCTOBER, which is one of Alice Harris Hybrids she has trialed for a few year, just awesome!!! Three thumbs up for Alice. When i went to Monikas Meet August 15th, i took a 10inch rooted little Miss October sporting a Y and a little Bud for Monika along, as of the 10th of November three month later with Monikas magic touch she has reached just 20inches, but is sporting 14 breathtaking blossoms, Monika had to set her on a stool to shoot the pictures, the result is one of the pictures which Monika send me,congratulations to Alice for making this great cross and also Monika to put her magic to it,

Hi Everyone,
I was out working all day today and just got here. We built a new chicken barn and it was just finished. We were getting the "ladies" settled to their new digs.
Christa called while I was wrestling hens, and told me I needed to come see this .. lol

I am especially happy that Monika got to see her bloom like this.

'Miss October' will be ready here for spring 2010. My big greenhouse about blew off the face of the earth last winter in a storm with hurricane winds. She suffered badly in the cold.
But she is back now doing great and secured in the glasshouse for this winter.
She should flush here shortly. I will post photos when she does.
It makes me very happy to know this pretty little lady is bringing so much happiness :)

Where will this brug be available? At Monika's in Germany or somewhere else? From my place to Monika's place is a 4,5 hour drive. Too much I think. But maybe she will sell that one online and send it by mail.

I sent 'Miss October' to Monika awhile back. The photo Christa posted is Monika's 'Miss October' blooming in Germany. So when Monika gets 'Miss October' propagated enough to sell, you should be able to get it from her.
I believe Monika is showing it on her new website. And I believe she sends plants, also .. so you won't have to drive :)
