Found this on my iochroma. I thought it was an egg case, but the little red dots are moving!! There's thousands of whatever these are in that little sack. There is some webbing around it too. Any ideas?

Probably bad; these could be spider mites - try treating with insecticidal soap or horticultural oil - see http://tinyurl.com/yhe66p7.

for that very reason, i ditched all my Iochroma this year. simply could not keep the spidermites away and i tried all the proven methods.
