for some rease i cant get this seed to germinate. do i need to crack the thick outer shell in a vice to assist?
how do i propagate a silver bismarkia seed
Some palm seeds need bottom heat. I have a gas stove with a pilot light. I use it to defrost hamburgers and start palm seeds. Also, post this on the palm and cycad forum. Some palm seeds take up to a year to germinate.
