CLOSED: Is this a some kind of roach?

I was moving some of my plants indoors for the winter, and found this critter under one of the pots. Anyone????????????

This is a cockroach, but not one that you have to worry about. It appears to be a nymph of a wood cockroach (Parcoblatta sp.). These are quite common outdoors, and although they may occasionally wander indoors (especially males that are attracted to lights at night), they will not colonize indoors.
