Have plenty of flowers in my beds that still have dried seeds on them. Is it to late to save them after they have been hit hard by the frost?

It's not a problem to harvest the seeds after or during frost.
Just make sure they are thoroughly dry before you store them.
I gather them into paper lunch bags and leave the bag open for several weeks until they dry.
