Can anyone out there help me with some advice on how to harvest Purple Hyacinth Bean? I have some pods developing, just don't know if I should let them dry on the plant, or what?

Are you going to eat them or start new plants? For eating, you want to pull the pods off when you can feel the beans inside them. Otherwise, I'd let them dry on the vine.

Nope, wasn't going to eat them- so you've answered my question and I'm very appreciative! I wanted to grow some more next season, so I'll let them dry on the vine. Regards!
