Ground chuck recipes needed please

I still have about 50 2 # packages of Ground chuck in my freezer left over from our last cow .

I'm getting tired of
spegetti,
meatloaf
veggie soup
the same ol same ol. I really need some ideas on how to use this up.

any ideas?

I also Love to eat winter squash at least twice a week, and am looking for ways to stuff the spegetti, butternut and acorn squashes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Especially if I can use ground chuck in someof the stuffing.
