Nice plant, isn't it? I love them. I haven't tried to propagate it myself, but.....

I looked it up in my AHS book, and unfortunately there's so many different types of Euphorbias, the directions can contradict themselves. The "basic" for perennial euphorbias (that aren't spurges) says to use bottom heat on greenwood cuttings in the summer. They say to allow the sap to stop running before planting - maybe an hour or so - and to be careful about humidity, but I think that was more for the spurges.

Sorry if this is confusing, maybe someone who has been successful propagating this plant will come along.

Have you tried putting the cutting in a glass of water in the window? I've rooted several varieties of Euphorbia that way and it has worked every single time.

I rooted some indoors in the window during early Spring. I also rooted some indoors in the winter with a grow light. They rooted within two weeks.
