i have a bug collection due tomorrow and I need to identify this wasp. plz plz help??

Although this superficially resembles a yellowjacket, this most likely is a European paper wasp, Polistes dominula - see http://tinyurl.com/yhuy3fd for images and more information. No yellowjacket species that I am aware of has orange antennae.
