This is a larva of a sphinx moth (Lepidoptera: Sphingidae). The image is too unclear to be certain of a specific i.d., but one possibility is the vine sphinx, Eumorpha vitis - see http://tinyurl.com/yewopnp

You are so right. I have 5 on that one vine. should I be consern? Harmless?

I gave some of this vine to my sister inlaw she gets creeped out by worms.
Is this also mistaken hor hummingbirds?

Thanks,

It depends on how much damage is being done; I would let as may live as your plant(s) can tolerate as the moths are so pretty. Large sphinx moths often are mistaken for hummingbirds as they hover at flowers.
