Some IDs plz.
The caterpillar could be in the family Noctuidae (owlet moths), but I have never seen one exactly like it. The beetle definitely is in the family Tenebrionidae (darkling beetles).
Other than number 4 which appears to be Poekilocerus pictus, a painted or gaudy grasshopper (Orthoptera: Asclepiadaceae) - see http://tinyurl.com/ydz8xy7, you are unlikely to get a specific i.d. on any of the others unless someone monitoring this thread is an expert on the insect fauna of Pakistan (I certainly am not). For larger families (such as Noctuidae and Tenebrionidae), your chances of finding an exact match through unfocused internet searches are virtually nil.
well, #8 is a weevil and looks strikingly similar to the little leaf notcher weevil here in florida, Artipus floridanus.
That weevil belongs to the subfamily Entiminae (short-snouted/broad-nosed weevils) , an extremely large and diverse group that currently includes more than 12,000 species. Many of these are quite similar in gross appearance, and I for one would be very reluctant to make a species level i.d. from an image.
