Where are the seeds on a Globe Amaranth?

Carbondale, IL(Zone 6a)

The question says it all; where are the seeds on a globe amaranth? I haven't the foggiest. Are they round? Did they fall out already? What do they look like?

That pretty round ball is full of them. If you put one in a paper bag and shake it you will probably have hundreds of seed. Be sure to put them in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to kill anything trying to hatch , and then keep them in a pill bottle or film canister, somewhere pests can't find them. I had a bunch of them in a loosely closed box, and insects ate the insides out of the small round black seeds. You can leave them in the flowerheads for the chilling.

Thank You Aimee! I was about to give up hope on ever figuring this one out, thanks a bunch :))))
