DH's has taken some of my homemade items to work and now I'm swamped with orders for cakes, pies and cookies...but I'd love some tips and recipes from some of the bakers on DG.

I started a Wilton class last month (I'm now on course 3) so I'd love to be able to one day decorate but for right now I'll be happy with the limited amount I can do.
