hey, i found a pinkish rose colored grasshopper today in my garden, i have seen a few of them around but they are all bright green, this is te first one i have ever seen of this color, is it a special kind? thanks!! chris

It looks like a katydid, not a grass hopper.

Wren, you need to leave a space between your sentence and the link in order for the link to work. you can do that by using the edit function and just add a space.
Wow---beautiful bugs. Makes me wonder what they have been eating. Flamingos are the pink/coral color because of the shrimp that they eat, so maybe these bugs like rose petals? Laverne
