Pretty, if you like gaudy, like me!
Vaccinium darrowii "Rosa's Blush".
The flowers are winding down and I was looking for some color in my garden. But I just couldn't get excited about mums. This shrub jumped out at me--I didn't know it was so new; couldn't find any photos (and precious little information) anywhere on the net so I added it to plant files.
I just hope it will get through the winter; it is low and small enough that I should be able to protect it with no problem.
If anyone knows more about this shrub I would be happy to hear about it.
Pretty new vaccinium!
Thats neat I have never seen one either, great color I am also curious how sturdy it will be. I'll be on the lookout for one of those..............rucky
