CLOSED: Trying to Identify This Spider

Found this guy in a dark area of my warehouse. Light brown body, dark brown legs, white joints and a darker brown stripe down its back.

This appears to be a southern house spider (Kukulcania hibernalis; family Filistatidae) - see http://www.entnemdept.ufl.edu/creatures/urban/spiders/southern_house_spider.htm
They are harmless to humans.
