What Type Of Spider Is This?

MattInc Niagara Falls, Canada Sep 14, 2009

I found this spider on the side of my house and was wondering what it was, anybody know?
I live in Niagara Falls and i've never seen one like this. It has a yellow body and black designs on it and red legs with black spots.
