I have aquired several different kinds, colors, of hibiscus trading this year. What i want to know is can I plant them near each other next year or will they cross breed somehow and make who knows what. Same question with different daisies. and different kinds of gourds.???????

cross pollination???????????
Only seeds produce diversity. Some plants like camelias produce a sport [limb with different colors]but this is rare

what i have are seeds.
I think the hibiscus will---at least I had a hibiscus this year that I don't remember having last year. (I have several different colors in a clump.)
Some plants are self fertilizing, but all can be crossed. If you plant different colors or varieties of the same species near each other, you will take the chance of the next generation of seeds being crosses.
