Please help, I would like to know what kind of spider this is??? It was on my trash can this morning and kinda freaked me out, cause I have never seen anything like it. I'm sorry that the picture quality is so bad.

This is a jumping spider (family Salticidae) in the genus Phidippus; possibly Phidippus adumbratus - see http://tinyurl.com/mrg6q6 for images. large jumping spiders can deliver a painful bite if mishandled, but otherwise are harmless to humans.
