I can't stand flies, but I actually thought this one was almost pretty. I've never seen one with this coloration. Can anyone id it. Thanks.

This could be a flesh fly (Diptera: Sarcophagidae), but the thoracic stripes of these usually are more prominent than in your specimen - see http://tinyurl.com/m5gpcn for an example.
