What really caught my eye was the feathery antennae which seemed always to be in motion. I think there's some color under the wings but couldn't get a shot of that.

It looks like a yellow-collared scape moth (Cisseps fulvicollis) - see http://tinyurl.com/nkkyhm for an image. However, the Virginia ctenucha moth (Ctenucha virginica ) is very similar - see http://tinyurl.com/mmjhh6 for an image.
