I dont have a drier for my clothes, so I hang them outside, a shirt I brought in had hundreds of little purple specs on it. I thought it was just a spot of paint or something, but it wasnt paint. I scraped it with my nail a little bit, and my nail was wet because the little purple things are living maybe? I dont know.
Can anyone identify this for me? When i scrape them, they pop and stuff

They could be moth eggs - some moths in the family Noctuidae have purplish eggs; these usually are placed on tree bark or the like.
